Shipping Policy

We aim to process and dispatch all orders as quickly as possible.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after purchase confirmation.

Shipping

All orders are shipped via CTT or DHL Portugal.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Portugal: 3-5 business days 
  • Internation Shipping times may vary depending on destination

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by carrier delays, holidays, or customs processing. 

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. 

Pre-Orders

For pre-orders items, estimated shipping dates will be clearly stated on the product page. Orders containing pre-order items will be shipped once stock becomes available. 

Incorrect Shipping Information 

Please ensure all shipping details are entered correctly at checkout. Soft Armour is not responsible for delays or lost parcels caused by incorrect address information.
